Design Shanghai is one of the world’s most prestigious international design events and Asia’s leading design expo. Together with Design Shenzhen and the Sustainable Design China Summit, the three create Asia’s largest network of annual design shows.
The combined events create an annual design circuit in China, attracting leading international and Chinese manufacturers, design-led brands, global industry leaders, architects, interior designers, property developers, retailers and design enthusiasts.
In 2023, more than 600 local and international brands from 40 countries and regions participated in Design Shanghai. The four-day event attracted nearly 80,000 visitors. Finland joined the event with a national pavilion that attracted wide-spread interest for its design and the curation of participating Finnish brands.
Presented by Design Shanghai, the inaugural edition of Design Shenzhen injects new vitality into the design community of the Greater Bay Area, providing a journey into the future and spotlighting cutting-edge design and technology. The four-day event welcomed more than 40 000 visitors profiled as architects, designers, developers, planners, investors, operators and specialists.
The Embassy of Finland in Beijing and the Consulate General of Finland in Shanghai together with Business Finland jointly initiate participation at this year’s Design Shanghai and Design Shenzhen expos with a Finland Pavilion. The Finland pavilion displays Finnish Design brands and their products and services throughout the 4-day exhibitions in Shenzhen and Shanghai. We are seeking for companies interested in joining Design Shenzhen and Design Shanghai under the Finland pavilion.

For a sponsorship of EUR 5,500 (RMB approx. 42 000) joining companies for Shenzhen and Shanghai will receive;

Additional information
- Media representatives have a free pass to the exhibition sites at Shanghai and Shenzhen.
- Evening reception for the company representatives and their counterparts is organized during the opening day or the last day of the exhibition.
